  1. What kinds of shirts are they? Are they good shirts?

    Absolutely! It's not just our designs that are awesome -- our shirts are really nice, too! They are made in America with super high quality Anvil shirts: soft and strong and made to last!

  2. Do the shirts come with any freebies? I like free stuff!

    YES! Our marijuana strain tees come with FREE smelly-proof bags for your goodies and a matching sticker that is perfect for your skateboard/laptop/guitar/whatever. You'll be able to show your love even while your 420 Clothing shirts are in the wash!

Ordering and Sales

  1. If I use my credit card, what will the statement say? Will it show 420 Clothing?

    Your privacy is our top concern! The charge will be from Global Life Enhancements, Inc. 100% discreet, as is the shipping which comes from our PO Box.

  2. So the packaging won't have 420 Clothing or the website address on it, either?

    Nope! Nothing will, except maybe the contents in the box that are intended for your eyes only. Your unmarked package will be ultra discreet and come to you from Global Life Enhancments, Inc. with our PO Box # as the return address.

  3. What countries do you accept credit cards from?

    We accept online credit card orders from the countries in this list (if you do not live in one of the below countries please use our mail order form):

  4. Do I have to pay tax on my order?

    420 Clothing charges sales tax on orders shipped in/to New Jersey. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws where applicable.

  5. Can I use my parents credit card?

    Most definitely not! Using your PARENTS credit card WITHOUT proper authorization IS BREAKING THE LAW. You MUST be 18 to purchase or you will be prosecuted.


  1. What is your shipping policy?

    420 Clothing does not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday.

  2. How long will it take to get my order?

    All orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment approval. Rush Orders are shipped out the same day they are placed. We now ship all USA orders via Super-Fast UPS SHIPPING. Rush orders are typically delivered in 1-4 business days, and Non rush orders in 3-5 business days. Orders can sometimes take 1-2 business days longer (or more) during holiday seasons due to with high mail volume. Please plan your purchases accordingly. UK and CANADA orders please allow up to 14-21 days for your order to arrive and plan your holiday purchases accordingly as well. Orders outside the US are not eligible for rush delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy?

    All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 business days of the original receipt date. All other returns must occur within 30 days of purchase.

  2. How do I return an item?

    To return your item, repackage your product in the original box if possible. Include a copy of the packing slip with a note of the reason for return. Please write your daytime phone number on the packing slip, this will speed processing of your product in the event we need to contact you. Send your package using a traceable delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment, please insure your items with your carrier. Returns take 2 to 3 business days to process, you will be notified of your return via e-mail. We will attempt to refund the credit card you used for the original transaction. Your credit card company determines the time it takes for the returned amount to post to your account.

    Returns must be processed within 30 days of the original delivery date.
    Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

  3. What if I just want to exchange it?

    Please follow our return guidelines shown above when returning your product for exchange. Please note on the packing slip the item you are exchanging, the desired item, and the reason for exchange. For best results, please contact our customer support at so we may assist you in getting the correct size or item. Our stock changes sometimes, contacting us prior to your exchange is the best way to insure we have your desired exchange item in stock.

    Please note:
    Exchanges must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery date.
    The customer pays for shipping of the exchange back to our warehouse.
    We are not responsible for loss/damage in shipment. Please insure your items.
    Exchanges are shipped back to the customer using ground shipment.
    Shipment of your exchanged merchandise from our warehouse is free.

    We do not refund original shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
